To ensure that you can use our products without worrying about rain stains, dirt, or color transfer to your clothes, we have applied a sufficient layer of urushi lacquer or coating agent. Please wipe it dry with a soft cloth when it gets wet from use on a rainy day. If it gets dirty, wipe with water. If stains cannot be removed, a diluted neutral detergent can be used.
Although the durability of the product has been carefully considered, it may be damaged by falling, impact, or rubbing due to its characteristics as a wooden product. Please handle with care. We recommend storing the product in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Please avoid storing the product under direct sunlight or in extremely high temperature and humidity for long periods of time, as this may cause the product to deteriorate, develop mold, or fade in color.
Shipping methods
For shipments within Japan, we will use Yamato Transport TA-Q-BIN service. Shipping fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) per order. 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per order will be shipped free of charge. We are sorry, but we do not ship outside of Japan at this time.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the completion of the order in the online store. We will inform you of the Kuroneko Yamato "Inquiry Slip Number" by e-mail at the time of shipment.
