The wooden bag does not require any special care. To ensure that you can use your bag without worrying about rain stains, dirt, or color transfer to your clothes, we have applied a sufficient layer of lacquer and coating agent. If the bag gets wet on a rainy day, wipe it dry with a soft cloth, and if stains or dirt cannot be removed by wiping with water, a diluted neutral detergent can be used.

Due to the nature of wooden products, tree bags may be scratched or damaged by falling, impact, or rubbing. Please handle with care.

Storage Methods

We recommend that you keep the product out of direct sunlight and in a well-ventilated place. Prolonged storage under direct sunlight or in places with extremely high temperature and humidity may cause deterioration of the product and mold.

Repair

Please feel free to contact us for repair. We will carefully explain the situation while looking at it and respond to your wishes.

We may receive requests for repairs such as missing parts or broken handles due to accidental dropping from a high place.

Examples of repairs:

• Rebuilding or replacing parts such as handles, closures, and hinges
• Repairing a damaged part by carving a pattern, adding color, decorating with glass beads, resharpening, repainting, etc.
• Remaking as a result of aging
