We recommend storing the product in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Please avoid storing the product under direct sunlight or in extremely high temperature and humidity for long periods of time, as this may cause the product to deteriorate, develop mold, or fade in color.

This product is exquisitely finished by the urushi lacquer coating technique. The coating with urushi lacquer gives the product a deep texture and unique look. It is not only beautiful but also durable, but in rare cases, people who are sensitive to urushi may develop a rash. Since the lacquer film is firmly hardened, basically no lacquer rash will occur. However, we would like to ask for your understanding in advance in case of an emergency.
Shipping methods
For shipments within Japan, we will use Yamato Transport TA-Q-BIN service. Shipping fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) per order. 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per order will be shipped free of charge. We are sorry, but we do not ship outside of Japan at this time.
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the completion of the order in the online store. We will inform you of the Kuroneko Yamato "Inquiry Slip Number" by e-mail at the time of shipment.
