For shipments within Japan

We will use Yamato Transport TA-Q-BIN service. Shipping fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) per order. 5,500 yen (tax included) or more per order will be shipped free of charge.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the completion of the order in the online store. We will inform you of the Kuroneko Yamato "Inquiry Slip Number" by e-mail at the time of shipment.

For international shipments
