This work features a signature shade of blue—the artist Yuki Kamei’s most cherished color—deepened with the exquisite luster and texture of genuine urushi lacquer.

Kamei’s distinct color expression is born from a technique that never conceals the natural wood grain, but instead brings its organic pulse to life. By adding layers of rich urushi to this piece, the bag evokes the serene depth and solemn mystery of a moonlit night.
